Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Mondragón University and Industrial Product Design MA from Coventry University (UK). She began her career in the automotive sector and has over ten years’ experience as a UX designer (User Experience). Nowadays, she works in London City’s financial business as UX designer.
Ana will talk about the use of technologies in our increasingly digital society. Throughout the presentation, she will tell us what steps to follow when developing services and products user friendly. She will give us practical examples and analyse its influence on people.
Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering. Product and Service Strategic Design MA from Mondragon University. Erik is currently completing his Doctoral Thesis at Mondragon University’s Diseinu Berrikuntza Zentroa (DBZ) in collaboration with DANOBATGROUP S. COOP.
Erik’s talk will focus on optimizing industry 4.0’s digital interactive environments and improving the user experience in today’s intelligent industry solutions. Erik will talk about how to create satisfying relationships among workers to increase motivation, involvement and understanding, which also make the learning process easier. Practical tools will be presented together with examples of application in real life.
Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering. Product and Service Strategic Design MA from Mondragon University. After having worked in Telefónica’s UX department, Iñigo joins Drivies, a spin-off derivative from Telefónica.
The talk will discuss the use of design in the different aspects of the period of growth and consolidation of a spin-off in advanced digital services. Both in improving the product itself as in other strategic aspects.

Elene, who has a varied background, considers design as a key element for connecting systems, understanding people and humanizing services. Currently, she’s working in London as a public service designer.
Elene will share with the assistants her experience working for the British Government digitizing services. She will also explain her ‘digital view’ regarding the difference between governments and corporations that currently lead this industry. In this context, both the role of the designer and its emotional aspects will be fundamental for his/her intervention.
